ANY fax number or e-mail for Experian?

Their CEO, execs, ANY fax numbers will be greatly appreciated, I don't care what department it is.

E-mail addresses would be great too.

They claim not to receive faxes anymore, but I did send something to them by fax only and they responded to it. The number is (972)390-1680. I'll work on getting names and such for you.

That's the number I have at http://creditcourt.com/law/cra.shtml#Experian

Somebody posted yesterday that it wasn't working anymore. So I tried last night and just now, but it just rings. Does it work during business hours?

I had 4 numbers, before. But that's the only one that works. I only use it during business hours. I'm in California, if that helps. I always send a back up letter by snail mail, though.

I've sent a few disputes to that number, but they were ignored or declined and ID was demanded. Don't know if it was because of the fax or because they were "specific" disputes. Please let us know if they process it.

I recently used that number. Had to deal with deletion of a collection account. I was faxing the UDF. They accepted it.

They could be ignoring the disputes I fax to that number because they are all very long and detailed with tons of questions.

I have used (972) 390-1680, but also followed up via CRRR, so I have no idea if it works alone. That is the number from the BBB company report for Experian.

That's the number listed for Carla Blair, see http://creditcourt.com/law/cra.shtml and I think it still works but only during business hours TX time.

Interesting URL, thanks!

Thanks! Interesting, I think I'll start copying their PR people with my disputes.

Has anyone had any luck with faxed disputes, to Carla or the furnishers number? I think mine have all been ignored.

Thanks, that's odd, and 800 # for Experian? Have to try that.

It just rings now, but it's Saturday.

I have been faxing disputes to the other numbers and disputes are ignored, and then we mail certified - really annoying. I really only bother anymore when a client might sue them for other reasons, and then we can add a failure to investigate to the violations.

It goes through during their business hours and is turned off when they're closed. I have used that fax number recently, and within a couple of days what I faxed showed up on CreditExpert as under dispute.

Of course, they still say they don't accept disputes via fax, lol.....
