When all else fails: murder - suicide
I just read his entire letter. Not until the very last pages did I realize what this was about:
Robert Stewart Flores Jr. is the guy who killed several instructors at a Tucson nursing school last fall. http://www.azstarnet.com/specialreport/ I don't think he mentions credit at all. He may have never seen his credit reports. But he obviously made the decision to kill because he had no hope of being able to pay his rent, child support, student loans ... no money for the dentist or doctors. He got to the end of the road, the dead end. Another guy who served his country and got screwed. |

Need some Newbie Advice
I am brand new to this process. I have very bad credit and have no intention of paying anything off. I live in Texas. I don't have any government loans, and I am not in danger of having a car repossesed, so bankruptcy doesn't make much sense. I simply want to harass, sue, etc. in order to get as much negative information removed as possible. I have recently been told that there are only 3 agencies that I need to be concerned about in order of importance 1) Experian 2) Equifax 3) Transunion. I have free Equifax and Transunion reports being mailed to me now. I am not sure how to get the Experian without paying. If necessary I can do that. I simply want to know the best way to get started from a completey newbie standpoint. Thanks for any advice.
