I think you might be onto something on the account which is labeled unable to verify. I would contact the creditor with your proof and challenge several times with the CRA. Do your other reports such as Experian show the details that it was closed?

After you have tried to get them to correct it and they have not, file your small claims or federal suit and attach your documentation that they have failed to correct the error. They now know that you're not playing around.
